Our fields

Our production is supported
by our own agave fields,

which are strategically located in Jalisco, Michoacan, Guanajuato and Nayarit; regions with rich soils and optimal conditions to enhance the nutrients that stimulate plant growth.

These fields are the main suppliers to our production facilities.



We carefully nurture our agaves for a period of 5 to 8 years, until they reach maturity and are ready to be harvested by our Jimadores, who collect each plant by hand following a tradition inherited by generations.
